Which Couriers do you use?
We use a wide variety of couriers depending for the delivery destination. We are cooperating with high quality standards couriers to ensure that the merchandise will reach you in the best condition possible and on time.

How much is the delivery in Greece?
You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Greek Speedy Delivery – FREE: up to 15 days

How much is the Delivery in Europe?
You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • European Speedy Delivery – 15 euros up to 20 days

Has my order been shipped out yet?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. If specific conditions apply to your order, please let us know before the receipt of this e-mail.

Can I reschedule my delivery?
Ofcourse! If a courier has attempted to deliver to you but you weren’t at home/office, they will leave a card providing details of when they will redeliver your parcel or if you can collect it from their post office.

An item is missing from my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please contact our Customer Specialists and we will email you with a free returns label to return the item and despatch the correct item (stock willing) for you on a next day service.

Undelivered Parcels?
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, JOYCARD will let you know and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has been processed.

Do you deliver to work addresses?
Ofcourse! We can deliver to your home address or your office. If you would like your delivery to reach you at work, please be sure someone will be there to receive your goods.

If my parcel is lost will I get reimbursed?
If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can re-dispatch your order (stock willing) otherwise full refund is available to you!

What time can I expect my delivery?
Couriers do their utmost to deliver between 9:00 am – 17:00pm – however on occasion they can deliver outside these hours.

Can I Exchange my merchandise?
Sorry! We do not accept exchanges at the moment!

Our Return Policy

The sur mesure items are not covered by the return policy unfortunately. You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund up to 7 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you (the consumer) have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Again, the sur mesure items are not covered by return policy. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

When making a return you must ensure you tell us your order number on your original invoice when returning. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.
